Yamaha Psr Portable Keyboard

What we think of the Yamaha PSR-F51 portable keyboard: Building on the success of the preceding PSR-F50, Yamaha's new PSR-F51 is a basic yet functional keyboard with the beginner player or classroom in mind. It has a number of excellent quality sounds, rhythms and built in songs and represents superb value for money. It is no frills and VERY basic but ideal for the primary school classroom or school on a tight budget! It is worth noting that this keyboard does not have MIDI, and the keys are not touch sensitive. Specification: 61 full size keys LED display AWM stereo sampling 32 note polyphony 120 voices Fixed reverb setting (not adjustable) Fixed chorus setting (not adjustable) Panel sustain 114 rhythm accompaniment styles 30 preset songs Metronome Transpose function Headphone socket (mini jack) 2 x 2.5 watt amplifiers 2 x 8cm speakers Includes PA-130A power adaptor This keyboard does not have MIDI ports - see YPT240 or YPT340 as a MIDI compatible alternative.

Simple and user friendly Yamaha focused squarely on performing when developing the keyboard s full set of basic functions. Thanks to this approach, it can be operated in a simple, intuitive fashion, even if you have never read the manual. Just select a voice, choose a rhythm, and start. It s as simple as 1, 2, 3 ! Voices and styles from all over the world While the PSR-F51 may boast functions that are very easy to use, its sounds are to the highest Yamaha standards. In addition to pianos, keyboards, and many other classic instruments, the keyboard also features distinctive traditional instruments from all over the world. Powerful sound In order to support performing in a wide range of different situations, the keyboard s 2.5-watt stereo amplifier delivers quite a punch. Combined with high-quality Yamaha voices, this allows you to enjoy the realistic sound of acoustic and electric instruments in addition to ethnic instruments from many different nations and regions. Metronome and Duo mode In addition to a metronome for use when practising, the PSR-F51 also offers a Duo mode, which allows two people to play together on the same instrument. This can be very useful when performing live and also during lessons. Headphones output jack You can use this jack not only to practice without disturbing others but also to connect the instrument to the sound system when playing on-stage. Also runs on batteries In situations where AC mains power is not available, the PSR-F51 can be operated using batteries instead. It requires six 1.5-V AA size batteries, which can be either rechargeable (1.2V Ni-MH rechargeable batteries or equivalent) or non-rechargeable. Manufacturer's warranty: 2 years
