E.a.r.l Starter Set

You don't need to be brave to take a leap into coding with the EaRL Starter Set from Hope Education. This pack contains everything you need to introduce your EYFS or key stage 1 pupils to the coding universe. It also contains easy-to-use guides on EaRL Coding Robot so being a computer specialist isn't needed either.

This lovable cyclops alien from outer space is the perfect programming partner for the future coders of your classroom. His programmable features include flashing lights, sounds (including the ability to upload your own personalised sounds), and movement. Pupils can programme EaRL using the large buttons on the back of his shell; perfect for developing fine motor skills. For those at the next stage of their coding journey, he can also be programmed using Scratch for KS2. The EaRL Starter Set includes everything you need to begin coding together as a class.
