A Teacher’s Guide to Buying Online with Us This Summer

Busy preparing lesson plans, learner parties, school trips, sports day and now it’s time to order furniture ready for September – Don’t panic! 

We have put together this guide for you to get the most out of our services this summer. So, here are our tips and tricks and a step-by-step list for ordering online with us this summer!

Step 1:

Choose from over 100,000 products on our website- we have something for every educational setting and budget.

Step 2:

Choose your colour, size, material etc. from the drop-down menus. If you don’t see a colour or size, or you wish to enquire about bespoke orders and bulk buy discounts then call our helpful sales team on 03333 44 33 70 and select option 2.

Tip: Check out our sizing guide for tables and chairs here. Make sure you double check your sizing; it makes it a lot easier down the line!

Step 3:

Add your items to the basket where you can see you order total, VAT, and delivery options.

Tip: At Cost Cutters UK we offer a price match promise. So, if you have seen the same goods cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we’ll match the price.

Step 4:

Proceed to checkout.

Did you know: Because you are a school when checking out online, you can choose to pay on account. This means you can pay on invoice (pay after the goods have been delivered).

Tip: If you are placing a large order, don’t forget to give us a call for bulk buy discounts! We also offer an expert space planning service for any larger projects you might have.

Step 5:

You will need to provide your billing and shipping address.

Tip: We offer summer delivery slots, but there are only a few left. Make sure that in the order comments you state a delivery date to suit you and we’ll do our best to deliver your goods on that date.

Tip: In the order comments, state your opening dates for the 6-week summer holidays as well as you caretaker/ site manager’s phone number to make sure delivery goes as smooth as possible.
