Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Depending on what product you select will determine the delivery time. Look out for the delivery icon in our catalogue & on our website the estimated delivery time will be shown by the product info. However, we must state that during July, August and September there are much longer lead times on most products (particularly furniture items). Please be advised not to dispose of any old furniture incase of delayed delivery times.

Q. How can I place an order?

Q: How do I pay for my order?
 

A: If you are government-funded then we will send you an invoice once delivery has been made. You can pay this by cheque, BACS or credit card details. If you are privately owned then credit card details will be taken at the time you place your order.

Q: Are trays included in the price of a storage unit?
 

A: Yes, unless specifically stated that they are not.

Q. What are Cost Cutters bank details?

A:  These are readily available for you, simply call our Accounts team on 01543 495070
 

Q. What colours are available?
 

A: Many of our products are available in a range of colours. Within our catalogue, look out for the colour symbols to show what colours you can choose from. However if you do not see the colour that you require, please call 01543 495070 as we will be able to see if this particular colour is available for you.

Q: Do I have to have the same tray combination as shown in the image of the tray storage units?
 

A: No, with the majority of tray storage units you can change the configuration of trays to whatever you require. Just remember that for 1 jumbo tray = 4shallow or 2deep, 1 deep = 2 shallow. Mix and match with these sizes.

Q: Can I mix and match the tray colours for tray storage units?

A: Yes, just let us know whatever colours and combinations you require (including clear trays).

Q: What if I cannot see what I am looking for?
 

A: Then please call! We have such a wide range of products available, and fantastic relationships with the manufacturers so if you cannot see something you are interested in, give us the opportunity to source it for you.

Q: Will my item be delivered flatpacked or ready assembled?
 

A: Depending on what item you have selected, look out for the self-assembly logo or text within the product details. However if you select something that is flatpacked but you require it to be assembled, then call 01543 495070 and this can be arranged.*
